Recruitment and Training
Individuals interesting in Joining the 1st Marine Division will get contact, or get contacted by their local Recruiter. From their the recruiter will ask essential questions and get the individual scheduled for MEPs or the Military Entrance and Processing Station, At MEPs Individuals will under go a series of test and exams, At the end of MEPs Individuals will take the oath of Enlistment and will officially become apart of the Military. Recruits will then Return to their Recruiters where they will fill out and sign their Contracts and either go into Direct Training, or the Delayed Entry Program.
All Poolees or Recruits will go through boot camp, they will be sent to a Recruit Training Battalion and within the Battalion they will under go the most stressful and intense training of their Marine Corps Careers. After Boot Camp Marines will get transferred into the Infantry Training Battalion and under go the School of Infantry or Marine Combat Training depending on Military Occupational Specialty.
